Liquid diet is one of the ways to reduce weight and get an ideal body weight and off course an amazing body shape. Though there are a number of weight-control-pills available in the market, and other treatments that promise perfect results, the natural way is the best way to reduce weight. The weight loss should be done gradually. Starvation or prohibiting food may lead to many other problems too.

Some of the simple recipes for liquid diet which are effective can be seen below:

  1. Soup is one of the healthiest foods in liquid diet weight loss programs. Vegetables that can be included in the liquid diet weight loss are cabbage, carrots, capsicum, garlic, etc. Adding some garlic and onions to a frying pan a sauté them. Add your favorite vegetables and then add vegetable stock to it. In case vegetable stock is not present you can add water instead. Add little bit of salt and crushed black peppercorns and you are ready. The best part is it contains all the nutrients and is yet a low calorie food.
  2. Vegetable juices are also a good option for weight loss, combat cholesterol, cleanse the body and remove the remains of toxic built up in the body and consequently increase the energy. The best is to collect some organic vegetables like celery, cucumber, carrots, apples, honey and lemon and add a little water and blend until smooth.
  3. Lemon juice in luke warm water with a tablespoon of honey and a few mint leaves added to it is a great option for weight loss when empty stomach. Lemon juice is good in Vitamin C which is also helpful for dull skin, premature wrinkles, and also to remove acne scars.  Also, Vitamin C is helpful for people having high blood pressure, disorders of the throat, dizziness and stress too.

Last but not the least, will like to remind again that weight loss in a natural way is the best way. And one should keep in mind that reducing weight at slow and constant pace is always better than losing weight all of a sudden.
