Prawns.......... nooooooooooo.. that used to be a reaction at home, when trying to convince all to make it.. but someone has rightly said; the best way to overcome fear it to fight it!! Had a dish of chili prawns years back at the kalungute beach in goa and it smelt so bad had to throw it away, again tried at home a few months back and failed again.. This was my last attempt to the dish and lol, I did not want to follow any recipe but my own.. and yummmm, my niece loved it and so did I.

Lehsuni Malai Prawns

Nothing can taste better than prawns grilled in a tandoor and served with chutneys!!

Lehsuni Malai Prawns, is a simple and easy to prepare dish with yummy flavors. Marinated for sometime in cream and garlic with some spices, the prawns gain a unique flavor and aroma when cooked. The look of the lehsuni malai prawns is appealing and I bet any non-veg lover is bound to love this. The flavors are smooth and crunchy at the tails which can be savored too. I prefer to serve the yummy lehsuni malai prawns with coriander chutney.
